Ms. Rosel Onesa is a proud graduate of the Master of Information Technology program at Aemilianum College, Sorsogon City, and is currently pursuing her PhD in Computer Science at the Technological Institute of the Philippines. With 12 years of experience in academia, she has made significant contributions to the field of Computer Studies and has been the outgoing Program Chairperson of the Information Technology program at the College of Computer Studies.

Her research specialization in Data Science and Natural Language Processing highlights her dedication to advancing technology and innovation. We are confident that under her leadership, the College of Computer Studies will continue to excel and make remarkable strides in the world of computer studies.
