    The Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) through a proposal of its College of Computer Studies (CCS) received a P24.9M budget from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) to upgrade to the College’s ICT infrastructure, Learning Management System (LMS), and computer connectivity assistance for “Smart Campuses Development” to meet the ICT demands in both main and Buhi campuses. According to its proponents, the should address the demands of online instruction in the face of the “new normal” and to bridge the gap of the “digital divide” between students who are and aren’t capable of securing personal computers.
